The majority of the work was done on a Macintosh Performa 6200CD. An Apple Scanner was used to image the book. The text files were created with TextBridge Pro 8.0. The html files were created with a text editor. I am now working with a G3 using BBEdit.
The Greek font used is SPIonic. This is free at: Apple OS, Windows OS.
I have tried to keep the formatting as faithful to the original book as possible. To make citations easier I have shown the original page breaks and displayed the page numbers.
