26. These uses are provided for by the Lord from the union of evil and falsity in those who are in hell; for the kingdom of the Lord, which is not only over heaven but also over hell, is a kingdom of uses; and the Providence of the Lord provides that there shall not be in it any person or thing that does not perform, or serve as, a use.
