Install Instructions:
To preserve
file names, please unzip from Win95 or higher zip-programs.
I suggest WinZip, found at http://www.winzip.com/
DO NOT unzip in File Manager (an older file-program that is still
bundled with later versions of Windows). It will not recognize
long file name extensions.

Copy the zip file (sequel.zip)
and the two Read-Me files from the disk -- to an EMPTY folder on
your hard drive.
Double-click the copied file on your hard-drive.
You may start
your surfing from farther down on this page, or simply click on
index.htm (found in the folder where you unzipped).

Suggestions For Surfing The Web Site And Sequel
To ensure that you see all of the words and links within the sequel, please open your browser's preferences to select colors and fonts that are easily read. BUT click to use all of the sequel preferences first, over yours. This is usually done via an on/off radio button. Then, once you're sure of where the words and links should be (grin), you can go back and click to your preferences.
The web site (now on your hard drive) links to a few places you may not need to go. This preserves the structure of the site so that you don't run into an annoying error message like "Page Not Found". Of course, you can always delete those few extra files without real worry, but look out for limbo if you click on one by accident.
Also, keep in mind that
jumping from a large-file page to a small-file page takes about a
second. But going back to that larger page,
and to the specific point you left, may take a few more seconds.
Most browsers will first present you with the top of the page
while it reloads. Then, in another second or so, the browser will
jump you automatically to the specific section of the page you
just left. You may increase the speed of page loading, by
enabling your browser's cache and specifying NOT to refresh each
time you re-visit a page.

Four Quick Browsing Tips
1. The quickest way to get back to where you just clicked away from is to use the go-back buttons/arrows at the top of your browser.
2. Most of the links either jump internally on the page you're reading, or jump to other pages now found on your drive. A few of the links point to internet sites. If these are clicked, you would then be prompted to either connect or remain offline. The easiest way to tell whether the link is on your drive or on the net, is to hold the cursor over the link and read the info-box that is usually found in the lower left hand corner of your browser.
3. The fastest way to jump to a specific passage or section of interest is by utilizing "key-words" in the FIND feature of your web browser (or word program). In most programs, you may press the CTRL and F keys to FIND. Then simply enter a few words (i.e., "vibration signal") and click find or find-next. This will bring you directly to your areas of interest without having to scroll.
If you would like some keywords that are guaranteed to jump someplace, please look in the Table Of Contents.
4. All of the
sequel chapters are clearly marked with: (hyphen-space-hyphen-space-hyphen)
"-
- -"
on one side of the insert. Type "- - -" in your FIND to
jump only to the sequel text.

Please continue to read for more helpful hints...
The sequel files (including
the updated original book) and the web site files
(including the Article Archive
and Readers Write) are all named with an .HTM or .HTML extension.
Also in the folder are graphics and sound files. You can
begin surfing by clicking here (web site) or here (sequel).
