About The Author

Lita de Alberdi is a gifted Light Body teacher who spends her time channelling, teaching, healing, and doing spiritual counseling at the School of the Living Light, which she founded in 1994. Her unique approach to energy work is the result of more than 25 years of study in psychology, sociology, yoga, meditation, healing, Eastern mysticism, and Western esoteric traditions. She lives in London.
