Alexandria, See also:Greek grammarian, lived during the reigns of See also:Augustus and Tiberius. He taught at See also:Rome and wrote commentaries and grammatical See also:treatises. His See also:chief See also:work was IIepi Xrlµeiwv '0/.4 poi), in which he gave an See also:account of the " See also:critical marks " inserted by See also:Aristarchus in the margin of his recension of the See also:text of the Iliad and Odyssey. Important fragments are preserved in the scholia of the Venetian Codex A of the Iliad.
