CHANGOS , a tribe of See also:South See also:American See also:Indians who appear to have originally inhabited the Peruvian See also:coast. A few of them still live on the coast of See also:Atacama, See also:northern See also:Chile. They are a dwarfish See also:race, never exceeding 5 f t. in height.
