ANAHEIM DREAMING PASS
Intro
-Sit down
-Rub hands & feet, over face, shake hands
-thumbs on cheekbones, fingers on the temples, looking down, let eyes drop/fall
-arms cross and thumbs in the eyesockets
-roll backwards/ rock backwards and forward, finding the rhythm
-wiggle hip to sense vibration rhythm
Stabbing Energy in search of a new position of the assemblage point
-pierce energy in front ofÊ the navel
-pierce energy in front of the solar plexus
-pierce energy behind left knee, then right knee
-roll hands then pierce 2x to the right, while keeping opposite hand's index
on shoulder
-roll hands then pierce 2x to the left, ditto
-roll hands then pierce 2x above head and 1x to the right, ditto
-roll hands then pierce 2x above head and 1x to the left, ditto
-roll over on belly, chin to the front
-pierce 3x inwards in a horizontal plane in front, then 3x behind the back roll
overÊ on your back
- pierce V-shape inward, 3x -pierce energy in front of left knee, then behind
left knee
-pierce energy in front of right knee, then behind right knee
-roll hands up, then allow assemblage point to drop, feel it rolling down the
back, to between the legs,Ê grab it, pull it into the solar plexus, rub it there.
On the floor
-Roll over on belly, head left
-lift left leg, lying down, gaze to the left with only the left eye
-do the pouch pass on the left, close to the ground
-pouch pass on the right, still facing left, but adjusting the head (a little
lifted) to allow for the sweep of the right arm -face front, i.e. chin to the
front, legs now parallel, left pouch pass, right pouch pass.
-turn the body to the right, with the right leg up, (symmetrically the same
as we have done on the left when gazing), no gazing, and before we have the
time to be comfortable, we turn to the left.
-lift leg up, same position as previously when we gazed, no gazing, we let ourselves
sink into the earth, who we feel with our fibers.Ê
Standing up
-feel the earth with the lower disk, and with
the pouch fibers, let head hang
-slowly replace hands and feet, feeling,
-step left and grab energy on the floor in front, repeat right -left pouch pass,
head still hanging
-right pouch pass, head hanging
-left foot flat on ground, slowly, next right foot, slowly, since it took us
centuries to achieve thisÊ
-the knee passes ("stirring up energy for the adrenals"), inhaling, exhaling,
