STALKING PERSONAL HISTORY - Hannover 16/11/2001
A. Stalking Personal History
1. Stand naturally. Inhale deeply, and slide hands down in front of the upper legs without actually touching them. This was referred to as 'sinking into our personal history'.
2. Slowly shift the weight of the body from the left leg to the right leg, then center.
3. Perform 'the A and B type energy', on the right, slightly modified: right arm out in front, forearm up, left hand, palm down, underneath the right elbow (without touching it). Both elbows 90¡ bent. Now slide both arms a bit to the left so that the right forearm is in the center line of the body. Look left of the right forearm, and squeeze (put pressure on the space between the right elbow and the back of the left hand).
4. Bring energy to the center of decisions 5 times on each side, by extending the arms laterally and arching them inwards to the V spot. Feel the hands as if gliding through water.
5. Bring left hand with an arc to V spot and punch forward with the back of the left hand, while taking a step with the right foot. Mirror right, mirror left.
6. Kick with the left foot up to V spot level while delivering a blow with the palm of the right hand by arching it overhead. This way, the left foot and right hand almost touch. Mirror right, mirror left - advance with each kick/slap.
7. Move the right hand inward in front of the eyes, fingers wriggling, while taking a step back with the left leg. Mirror. Do 6 steps in total so you and up where you began the exercise.

8. Hold the right hand near the side of the body, palm facing front, fingers out and punch forward with the ball of the hand at stomach level. Then, deliver a blow with the back of the left hand in front of the V-spot, then punch in front of the V spot with the right fist, palm down. Mirror these three blows.
9. Put the right foot in front of the left and this way, turn 90¡ to the left. Now deliver an elbow blow to the right, making a small sideways jump to the right, to accentuate the blow. The right hand is fisted, and the left palm faces the right fist.
10. Now put the left foot behind the right and pivot 180¡ to the left, and mirror the elbow blow.
11. Pivot on the left foot to face the original direction, and set the right foot parallel as you push out with the balls of both hands simultaneously from the waist.
12. Take a small step with the left foot.
13. Strike a horizontal blow to the far right with the left fist, palm down, while kicking with the right leg 45¡ up to the left. Mirror Right, mirror left, advancing.
14. Perform 'scraping off the mud of energy' six times in total while stepping back, so you end up in the original position.
15. Turn on the body.

16. Perform 'Energy going through the center for decisions from the front to the back and the back to the front with two blows' on the right, taking a step with the left foot when the right arm shoots out at the beginning of the pass. Also, during the inhalation that precedes the pass, shake the arms.
17. In a similar fashion, perform 'Transferring energy from the front to the back and the back to the front with the hook of the arm' on the left, taking a step with the right.
18. Perform 'Transferring energy from the front to the back and the back to the front with three blows' on the right, taking a step with the left.
19. Pause, and take three steps back (engaging the entire body) to end up in the original position.
B. The Five Point Connection
20. Perform the Five Point Connection pass.
C. Straying away from personal history - moving into new directions
21. Stand naturally. Inhale deeply, and slide hands down in front of the upper legs (sinking into personal history).
22. Slowly shift the weight of the body from the left leg to the right leg, then center.
23. Perform 'the A and B type energy', on the left, slightly modified: left arm out in front, forearm up, right hand, palm down, underneath the left elbow (without touching it). Both elbows 90¡ bent. Now slide both arms a bit to the right so that the left forearm is in the center line of the body. Look right of the left forearm, and squeeze.
24. Take a step forward with the left leg. Now bring the right foot parallel to the left.
25. Then mirror 16 to 18, starting on the left side by taking a right step. This time, however, perform the movements deliberately slowly, especially on the last exhalation of each pass as you slam the hand down an arm's length in front of the V-spot.
26. End the pass by taking a small step back with the right foot to put it parallel to the left, and bring the hands down to the waist elegantly.
