MAPPING TOTAL PERCEPTION: MAPPING THE CENTER OF DECISIONS - Hannover 11-2001
Not much was said about this pass at the workshop, but it made everybody experience a deep sensation of inner silence; they said we could let this inner silence trickle into our daily lives. They also said that the mappings for the feet are ideal as a starting point from which you venture into any other magical pass. This one is specifically geared towards the center of decisions, at the base of the neck, the so-called V-spot where the clavicles meet the sternum.
Sit down, feet in front, soles facing, calves resting on the floor. Start with the left foot.
1.Massage the middle of the ball of the foot
2.Press the base of the toes
3.Spread the toes apart, one by one, laterally.
4. Spread the toes apart, up and down, two by two.
5. Grab the foot with thumb and index finger, slide the fingers along the tendons
from the middle of the foot to the web between the toes and out, beyond.
6. Massage the point under the base of the little toe.
7. Open the first gate (tap lightly along the edges of the ball of the big toe)
8. Put the fingers of the right hand between the toes of the foot, breathe several
times.
9. Squeeze/massage the calve from the foot up to the knee.
10. Open the second gate (tap the inside of the calve with the back of both
hands, gently, starting at the ankle)
Now do the same movements (1 to 10) for the right foot.
11. Sit down. Put the right foot on the floor, next to the left legÕs outer ankle. Slide the foot up to the level of the left knee, several times. Make sure the sole is fully touching the floor. Mirror.
12. Lean on the left elbow, opening the side of the ribcage. Slide the right foot up the inside of the left leg, as high as possible, turn the right leg out in a big circle and repeat the movement.Do this a couple of times, then lean on the right elbow, and mirror.
13. Lay down. Put the fingers of the hands in between the ribs, a couple of inches away from the sternum. Exhale and vibrate the fingers, inhale and press. Repeat a few times.
14. Mapping the center of decisions: tap with the index and middle finger of the right hand around the edges of the center of decisions: from the left clavicle in a half circle across the chest to the right clavicle. The tapping should have the same intensity as that of a moth touching down.
15. Pass # 9 for the center of decisions, lying down.
