Kirt Billings is an American who claims to be a mind-control "de-programmer".
But is he really?
I have heard his name a number of times on my travels and he came up to me
at a conference where I was speaking in Las Vegas last December. He tried to
be friendly on the surface, but immediately I had the strongest feeling that
he was not to be trusted and if ever I have seen anyone under mind control,
it is this guy.
The next I heard of Mr. Billings was that he was telling those who would
listen that during the interview for the video, Revelations of a Mother
Goddess, Arizona Wilder was being given "hand signals" to make her say what
she said about the Illuminati and the reptilian connection. Given that Ms
Wilder was the only person in shot during the interview, Mr. Billings must
clearly be a wonderful psychic.
The provable truth, however, is that the only person in Ms. Wilder's direct
eye-line was me, asking the questions, and the only other two just outside of
her direct eye-line were a freelance cameraman and producer who were hired to
shoot the video.
Another story going around is that Brian Desborough was the man giving these
phantom "signals" when, in fact, Brian was sitting well BEHIND Arizona. So
obviously Brian can give "magic bullet" hand signals, much like the bullet
which hit Kennedy in the front of the head while the official story says that
the shot came from behind. If you can have bullets that can do U-turns in
mid-air, I guess you can get hand signals to do the same!
But Kirt Billings goes further. He says that what Cathy O'Brien, Cisco
Wheeler, and Bryce Taylor, say about their mind control experiences is not
true. He tells people that only about one per cent of what Fritz Springmeier
writes about mind control and the Illuminati is correct. From my own research
alone, that statement is utterly ludicrous. But it is his alleged behaviour
towards mind control survivors looking for help that most concerns me.
A well-known survivor of government mind control and Satanic ritual has told
me how it was her father who programmed Kirt Billings and how, later, it was
Billings who "crashed" her system, and that of others she knows, to imprison
all memories of reptilians. He has, she says, been telling people that the
reptilian connection does not exist. Another man she names went around many
therapists working with mind control victims to tell them that if anyone has
reptilian memories, it is part of the mind control and not real.
This lady tells me it has taken her some 12 years to re-access her reptilian
memories which, she says, Kirt Billings suppressed and "set in concrete". She
says that he did this to at least three other people to her knowledge.
Another mind control victim I know invited him to help her with her
mind-controlled daughter and chaos followed.
Mr. Billings apparently approaches therapists claiming to be an expert
