of March 7, 1944, carried away the BENHAMOU family: the parents, Rachel
and Judas, originally from Oran and Sidi-Bel-Abbès, Algeria, and four of
their children: Prosper, age 22; Elie, 16; Marie, 13; and
Adolphe, 8. The last three were born in Versailles, where the family
lived at 3 impasse Nungesser et Coli. Only Gilbert escaped arrest. |
