It was D-Day in Normandy when Michel BENIACAR,
age 6, was arrested with his parents in southern France at Ille-sur-Têt
(Pyrénées-Orientales). Their deportation took place on June 30,
1944, on convoy 76. Before the German
invasion they had lived in Paris at 75 Boulevard de Grenelle (15th
arr.). |
