On his return he immediately sends a
registered letter to the prosecutor in charge of our case in Cologne, which
ends: "To avoid violence there is only one solution ratify the accord."
Unfortunately, this has no effect on the prosecutor. He apparently does not
understand that Serge would risk his life for the accomplishment of our aim by
peaceful means, while it would have been so easy to shoot and kill Lischka. On
December 9 the prosecutor issues a warrant of arrest against Serge and me, his
accomplice.
