Re: Continuing persecution for my political opinion: Failure of U.S. Postal Service to deliver
properly stamped and addressed mail: Violation of Article 12 of the Universal
Declaration of Human Rights.
On August 31, 2007, I placed in a U.S. mailbox a postcard addressed to the Globe and Mail newspaper in Toronto. It was properly addressed and stamped. On September 9, the front desk clerk handed me this post card. It was postmarked 01 SEP 2007 RENO NV. Both sides of the postcard are reproduced on the following page. There is no indication on the postcard that it
reached Canada or that it was returned to me by Canadian authorities.
The picture on the postcard was taken by me and shows the property sold to me under fraudulent conditions. The property was in a federal rural housing program administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Properties in this program have been and possibly are being sold in violation of the federal regulations governing the program. This fraud cheats persons purchasing the properties and returns unsafe and unsanitary properties to the community. Previous reports to you have relayed the circumstances that forced me to seek political asylum in Canada. I was falsely arrested and jailed three times; there were never any trials; I was threatened with
involuntary commitment to a mental institution; these statements are backed up with full documentation.
In Canada, the Ministry of Immigration as well as the Federal Court-Trial Division in Ottawa in their decisions violated the UN 1951 Geneva Convention on the Status of Refugees forcing my
deportation back to the U.S. I have not been legally repatriated.
The three persons listed on the postcard (Petri, Kohl, and Feingold) are the three Wisconsin Congressmen most involved in the cover-up of the fraud. They have failed to conduct a Congressional investigation into the fraud perpetrated by employees, appointed officials and elected officials at the U.S. Department of Agriculture; by Prosecutors and Judges in the State of
Wisconsin; and by private attorneys and banks.
The word CENSORED printed on the postcard refers to the fact that the media remains silent on this issue.
Over the past six weeks I have mailed numerous postcards to broadcast and print media across the U.S. The postcard to the Globe and Mail is the only one to be returned to me. I do not know if the others reached their destinations. This interference with mail by the U.S. Postal Service is a
direct violation of Article 12 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Article 12 states: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honor and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
By failing to deliver the postcard to the Globe and Mail the U.S. Postal Service has violated Article 12. This is proof that the U.S. government, through the U.S. Postal Service, continues to persecute me for my political opinion. Please add this report to those sent to you since 1994. All
reports have contained proof of persecution of me for my political opinion. I mailed a similar postcard to the Third Committee. Was it received?
