Facts of the Original Frank Valdes Murder Case

When my husband Frank Valdes and his co-defendant were charged with first degree murder they were not sure who pulled the trigger. So they told Frank they did not feel he shot the correctional officer and offered him 25 years in prison to testify against Billy.

He refused. So, they gave him the death penalty. To this day they do not know who pulled the trigger. Yet, they tell me they must prove who struck the fatal blow to get a guilty. They know who was there and they know who all took part but they must prove who did it. Does this make sense to anyone? Of course, we know how special corrections officers are.

They rape, beat, and abuse inmates and we must all overlook it because they wear brown and they are special. If the good guards inform they must suffer the wrongs of these sick guards. Also when some honest guards who just happen to be Black are humiliated and threatened by some sick KKK guards or whatever they are with their little nooses on their key chains walk around and beat and abuse them it is swept under the rug. No one wants to hear it.

What happened to human rights? Or are they so lazy that they just do not want to investigate? Prisoners are human beings and blood runs through their veins. Where is good in their lives? What type of parents do they have? How do they see these people?

Did they teach them to hate? Hate is a learned emotion. I do not understand.
