Case Dismissed, WMAQ Radio program

John C. Fitzgerald (1901-1991), Dean of the Loyola University Law School was the series host and legal expert for this short lived radio show that was broadcast on Chicago radio station WMAQ every Saturday evening and 5:30pm for thirteen weeks. Each week a story was presented that would educate the public on some of the lesser-known aspects of the law. All but the April 10, 1954 episodes survive and are available here.
