ABOUT SCALAR ANTENNAS
According to retired US Air Force Lt. Col. Thomas Beardon, the leading authority in the field of Scalar Wave research, Scalar Waves are created as the by-product of two magnetic fields that are out-of-phase with one another, colliding together at a 90 degree angle, creating stress on time / space.
If this is true, these waves may penetrate into the cellular level of the material bombarded with the waves. Researchers are trying to ascertain whether or not this will effect tissues on the cellular level.
