To the Hoxsey regime I added a number of other nutritional components which seemed reasonable.  The BioMedical Center (The Hoxsey clinic) tc \l2 "The BioMedical Center (The Hoxsey clinic)Bio Medical Center (They all speak English) tc \l2 "Bio Medical Center (They all speak English)615 General Ferreira (Col Juarez, Tijuana, B.C. It is a tincture of herbs which are considered to have antitumor properties. The Hoxsey story is a classic story of medical persecution in the US. However, herbalism makes sense to me, and the Hoxsey track record with melanoma is quite impressive. (For a review of the Hoxsey story see http://www.healthworld.com:80/library/articles/canclinic/hoxsey.htm and http://triode.net.au/~max/cisshox.html Note: the prices listed in the latter are outdated). In addition to the Hoxsey tincture, they prescribed for me ! Clodronate: For a good review of this bone cancer fighting drug, see Chapter 18 in Alternatives in Cancer Therapy by Pelton and Overholser. I started with 3 four hour infusions of Aredia (available in the U.S.) followed by oral capsules of Clodronate which are only available from sources outside the U.S. ! Newcastle virus: Using nose drops, I inoculated myself for six weeks with this virus which stimulates the production of interferon. See http://www.ralphmoss.com/newcastle.html ! Urea: This appears to be useful in the treatment of liver cancer. It is discussed in Chapter 20 of Alternatives in Cancer Therapy. I take a daily teaspoon of this powder mixed with juice. ! Decaris: I'm not sure what this does. They told me but I forgot. I'll ask them when I go back for my next checkup. ! Diet: The Hoxsey diet is easy to follow, but in my opinion it is not strict enough. From my reading, I have modified my diet with the approaches and components below. "The Incurables Program" tc \l2 ""The Incurables Program"I was inspired by a collection of tapes featuring Dr. Richard Schulze who devoted his medical practice to herbal and dietary treatment of people who had been declared incurable by conventional medicine. The tapes are called "The Sam Biser Save Your Life Herbal Video Collection A collection of rare videos on advanced natural healing techniques for supposedly incurable health conditions" from the University of Natural Healing, Inc. 355 West Rio Road, Suite 201, Charlottesville, Virginia 22902 (804) 9730262 From the recommendations of Dr. Shulze, I am including: ! One quart of fresh vegetable juice (carrot, beet greens, celery, apple, ginger mix) daily ! "SuperNutrition", an incredible supplement created by Dr. Schulze and available from Western Botanicals (800) 6514372 ! Echinacea and Astragulus: Powerful immune system enhancers (See http://www.vrp.com/astrag.htm) ! Detox Blood Tinctures and Liver flush ! Ginkgo Biloba extract for my brain ! Milk Thistle for my liver ! A mostly raw foods diet with the exception of whole grain meals lovingly prepared by my wife (rice and veggies, lentil soup, etc.) Other important parts of my regime tc \l2 "Other important parts of my regime ! Co enzyme Q10: For oxygenating cells and great for chemo recovery. See Crackdown on Cancer by Ruth Yale Long. Also see the articles on CoQ10 at http://www.vrp.com/nutnewsi.htm and one at http://www.ralphmoss.com/coQ10.html ! Flaxseed oil and Evening Primrose Oil: For linolenic and gammalinoleic acid. After reading Chapter five of The Cancer Solution by Robert E. Willner, I believe this may be one of the more important things I'm doing to fight my cancer. ! Vitamin C: It's role in cancer therapy can never be underestimated. I've read the literature. I'm a believer. Also, I'm taking the powerful antioxidant, grape seed extract. ! Lipoic acid, another awesome antioxidant. See http://www.vrp.com/lipoic.htm ! Melatonin: I originally started taking melatonin thinking that I couldn't heal myself without good sleep. Now, I find it is involved in the immune response to cancer. See http://www.vrp.com/melato.htm ! (April, 1997) A Thymic preparation from http://www.econugenics.com ! Mediation and Visualization: I'm new to this, but the mind/body connection makes sense to me. Having one foot in the grave has had a dramatic effect on my perception and appreciation of life. I decided to build on that change by including a mindfulness of my existence and a focused awareness of my body's struggle. Good reading tc \l1 "Good readingAlmost everything I learned about alternative cancer therapies came from books available at the Cancer Control Society (2043 N. Berendo St. Los Angeles, CA 90027 (213) 6637801. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I can recommend "Options The Alternative Cancer Therapy Book For people who want to make informed decisions about alternative cancer treatments", by Richard Walters. If you are considering chemo, you should read Questioning Chemotherapy by Ralph Moss (Equinox Press, 1995). There are dozens of alternative cancer therapies, and at times the sheer volume of information can be overwhelming. All of the alternative cancer therapy books are written for people who want to take an agressive role in their cancer recovery. I found the testimonials of survivors to be inspiring.   МНшщHI|}ДЕѓє9:[\qrŽ‘ѓ6;a, J œ У , K Њ У Ф ф х Ъ џ {э)Kˆ– C`f{€‹ћѓьпзпьпзпьпзпьпзпьпзпьЩПЩьћИћИћВћИћВћьІžІћ˜ћ˜ћ˜ћ˜ћ˜ћ˜ћИћ˜ћ˜ 5OJQJ5OJQJj5OJQJU 6OJQJ 0JOJQJ5CJOJQJj5CJOJQJUCJOJQJjCJOJQJU CJOJQJ5CJOJQJOJQJ<МшHД9q‘šе Х ‡ ў Њ У &„иЦЦЦЦЦЦССЛЛЙЙЙЙЙГЛЙЙ Ц`њ Ц`њ Ц %$d%d&d'd Ц`њ&$d%d&d'd Ц/€ћPў №Р ` 0а p@ р"! А "А #h$h%ААhАh [4@ёџ4Normal1$CJhmH nH :@: Heading 2@&5CJ(OJQJ:@: Heading 3@&5CJ OJQJ<A@ђџЁ<Default Paragraph Font4&@ђџё4Footnote ReferenceўOв „ „ BўOBЮ" Ц @` € Рр! Fz„ + и т ` i С Э л ы T_БФбс‰—0?I[ЎП#џџ Earl Conroy2C:\My Documents\New Folder (7)\cancer protocol.htmџ@Brother MFC-7100 SeriesBRMFC:by2mfcBrother MFC-7100 SeriesBrother MFC-7100 Series@”lO€ š 4hdЙ4š Brother MFC-7100 SeriesўџBrother MFC-7100 Series@”lO€ š 4hdЙ4š Brother MFC-7100 Seriesўџ€0ƒ‡‚‚!@@GTimes New Roman5€Symbol3& Arial=Vixar ASCI"Aˆ аh4ѓ7І6ѓ7І3? &! ўџ еЭеœ.“—+,љЎDеЭеœ.“—+,љЎ4№ hp„Œ”œ ЄЌДМ Ф бф Waiora Mara& hj Title˜ 6> _PID_GUIDфAN{ED51E560-467D-11D3-94F3-444553540000} ўџџџ !"#$%&ўџџџ()*+,-. Document.8є9Вq
