1. Phase one

    The first 21 days.
     A two day modified fast consisting of vegetable juices.

    A bowel cleansing and regulation consisting of colonics and natural herbal bowel stimulants if necessary.

    Rectal caffeine instillation consisting of six ounces of brewed coffee in order to stimulate bile flow.

    A modified vegetarian diet which is very palatable and utilizes the addition of digestive enzymes.

    Proteolytic enzymes are added to stimulate and assist the immune system to function effectively.

    Natural anti-virals are an important component of the program and are used for two reasons :
     
    1. They take stress of the immune system by there preventive action.
    2. If a virus does play a role in causation (a commonly held suspicion) it will assist the immune system in achieving its goal.
    3. Dismutation reaction is encouraged using a special enzyme super oxide dismutase in order to neutralize superozide radicals.
       
    4. Vitamin and mineral supplementation.
    5. Glandular supplementation.
    6. Octacosanol to reestablish the functional integrity of the neuromuscular system.
    7. Intravenous ozone therapy is used to assist in oxygenation of nerve tissue an protect the immune system as repair is accomplished.

  2. PROGRAM SEQUENCE.
    The first 21 days are given at the center and the last 69 are continued at home. During the entire 90 day period, the patients are monitored and data collected.
