Irregular sleep
Sleep-wake syndrome is indicated by irregular periods of sleep and wakefulness which disrupt the various stages of sleep. It may be caused by schedule disruption, heart disease, depression or a number of factors which, if not remedied, may lead to chronic sleep deprivation.
