A celebration of the life of G. Robert Crowningshield will be held at 5pm on January 11, 2007 at the University Club.

Please join us as we honor and remember one of GIA’s founding fathers, G. Robert Crowningshield. A brilliant gemologist and a legendary scientist, Mr. Crowningshield holds a special place in history, and in our hearts.

The University Club is located at One West 54th Street (at 5th Avenue), New York, NY 10019. Please be aware that the required attire at the University Club includes jacket and tie for men, and business attire for all.

In lieu of flowers to GIA, if you would like to make a gesture of remembrance, please do so through the Crowningshield Endowment for Research.
