This enumeration is used when instantiating code-access permission
classes that implement the IUnrestrictedPermission
interface. A code-access permission object created by passing the
Unrestricted value to its constructor represents
unrestricted access to the resources and actions controlled by the
permission. A permission object created using the
None value represents no access.
