scope writes the SCOP classification to an EMBL-like format file.

Here is a sample session with scope:

% scope

Mandatory qualifiers:

[-infile] (infile)

Name of scop file for input (raw format).

[-outfile] (outfile)

Name of scop file for output (EMBL-like format).
