A box fan on the inside of the window and some type of large filter or something similar the can retain moisture. What would also be needed is some type of irrigation to keep the filter wet. I haven't really figured this part out yet. I was thinking pvc with holes in it at the top to drip over the filter and some type of container at the bottom to collect and recycle the excess. A 110VAC rat tail fan, metal strips for the frame, 12VDC bilge pump, I could have gotten it built! But, the fan moves a lot of air.
