DRYING
BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Cut sprouts in half, lengthwise, through the stem. Blanch
them
in steam for 6 to 7 minutes or in water for 4 1/2 to
1/2
minutes. Dry 4 to 6 hours in a dehydrator or 6 to 10
hours
in an oven.
