FREEZING
GREEN SOYBEANS
Select firm, well-filled, bright-green pods. Wash.
Blanch
beans in pods 5 minutes and cool promptly in cold
water.
Squeeze soybeans out of pods.
Pack into containers, leaving 1/2-inch headspace. Seal,
label
and freeze.
