STORAGE
OF MELONS
For the fullest flavor, keep melons at room temperature
away
from direct sunlight, consume within 1 to 2 days.
Refrigerate
after cutting. They will last refrigerated for
about
a week.
Refrigerate whole melons in plastic bags to avoid
flavor
and odor transfer, use within a week.
