NEW -- The index has been made hierarchical, and clicking a
word in the second level of the index brings up the definition for
that word alone. It is also possible to page backward and forward.
Much work on this book remains to be done, however. My wish list
includes searching, live biblical references,
adding HTML headers to the 40 topic files, ...
