Beloved Bhakti, Love. Total acceptance of existence is impossible for the mind.

Because the mind exists as denial.

It exists with the NO.

And with a total YES it dies So it continues to find reasons to say NO - even if there are no reasons.

Walking with a disciple one day, Mulla Nasrudin saw for the first time in his life a beautiful Lakeland scene.

"What a delight!" he exclaimed. "But if only, if only..."

"If only what, Master?" asked the disciple.

"If only they had not put water into it!"

Fourteenth Degree (Perfect Elu)

"I do most solemnly and sincerely swear on the Holy Bible,
and in the presence of the Grand Architect of the Universe ...
Never to reveal ... the mysteries of this our Sacred and High Degree...

In failure of this, my obligation,
I consent to have my belly cut open,
my bowels torn from thence and given to the hungry vultures.

[The initiation discourse by the Grand Orator also states,
"to inflict vengeance on traitors and to punish perfidy and
injustice.']"
