Dear David,

On your last update you mention the proposal from Blair to implement the personal ID on everybody and that Spain already had them. I thought that was going to be the first thing to happen after 9/11, here in the US.

I'm originally from Chile, I'm 63 and as far back as I can remember, we always had personal IDs besides our Driver's License and I imagine it's the same way all over Latin America. We just came back from there and after reading all your books, I can detect the manipulation on the people, but they don't, for them it's normal.

The Government is about to finish a network of highways that are going to serve Santiago, they are all going to be toll roads, and they are giving away 900 thousand transponders to be able to use the highways. They are giving them no option. If you want to use it, you have to pay and carry the devise in your car, so where ever you go in your vehicle, they'll know where you are. The dummies here in the US, are more sophisticated, they use IMPLANTED CHIPS.
