Back to symbolism page . Emblem 1 . On the left a King sits on his throne holding a sceptre in his right hand. On the left six small children or princes kneel at his feet. Emblem 2 . A man with a sword on the right approaches the King seated on his throne, pierces his breast with the sword and kills him. Emblem 3 . The man who killed the King places the dead body on the ground and prepares it for burial. Emblem 4 . The man digs a grave in a sepulchre. Emblem 5 . The man places the body of the King into the sepulchre or grave. Emblem 6 . With the help of a small child, the man places a lid on the sepulchre. Emblem 7 . The sepulchre or grave is sealed with a lid. Emblem 8 . Two men remove the lid from the sepulchre or grave. Inside the bones of the dead King are seen. Emblem 9 . A man removes the bones of the dead King from the grave or sepulchre and places them on the ground. Emblem 10 . The man kneels on the ground and examines the bones of the dead King. Emblem 11 . The figure of God in a cloud appeard before five young men who kneel on the ground in prayer. Emblem 12 . On the left the figure of God in a cloud appears above the empty sepulchre or grave. On the right an angel flies over the sepulchre holding a bone in her right hand. Emblem 13 . The King appears resurrected and sitting on the empty sepulchre or grave. Emblem 14 . On the left the King sits on his throne, an raises his hands in blessing over the heads of five kneeling crowned princesses. |
