MEZOTUR , a See also:

town of See also:Hungary, in the See also:county of Jasz-Nagykun-Szolnok, 88 m. S.E. of See also:Budapest by See also:rail. Pop. (1900), 25,367. It possesses important See also:potteries. Large herds of See also:cattle are reared on the communal lands, which are productive also of See also:wheat, rapeseed and See also:maize. Several well-attended fairs are held here annually.
