For the time being, when the word ultracapacity is mentioned, honestly speaking, people think of it as something ambiguous, suspicious, or considered as a hobby. However, it actually exists, and as long as it is used in an appropriate way it will be very valuable for humanity. I think that when capacity gets to be possessed by many people and becomes a common practice, its true value will be unveiled.
I have been repeating the process of trial and error based on experience, trying to avoid subjective judgment. I have also figured out the way to face ultracapacity from a scientific angle and thought about how to make scientists become interested in investigating it. I have dreamt of the day when ultracapacity will turn into capacity.
Fortunately, although people didn't consider we had a brilliant outlook for the future , we have been collecting positive results continuously.
Regarding this publication, most of it was possible due to the cooperation, or to be more precise, the effort made by Mr. Ryu Murakami. I was just like an actor in one of his films. I thank him with all my heart for having built the setting where a person like me, a bad communicator, has been able to express his ideas in the best possible manner.
In the same way, I also thank Professor Heiichi YANO who dared to let me include some of his manuscripts in my book no matter the consequences it might bring about, due to his high social position as a university physician, since ultracapacity is often considered as nonsensical.
Today, more than 10 years after ultracapacity was born, I feel very happy for having been able to publish this book at Kodansha Publishing Company thanks to the cooperation of many people. From now on, it is my intention to seriosly devote myself to make investigations in order to leave a legacy to future generations.
