Great Food Ideas:
Miso soup (see recipes below for Macrobiotic dinner 2xweek (Remember don't buy products from Japan or west coast unless tested) .  Start each dinner daily with miso soup) has been shown to be very protective as it contains dipicolinic acid and may discharge radiation from the body.  There’s twice the protection if a quarter-ounce/5 grams of dried kelp seaweed is added to the soup.  Rosemary, as well, helps rid the brain of free radicals.  Best miso fermented 180 days.  One cup of organic miso a day helps protect from radiation. (see instructions below).

Combine miso soup with organic brown rice (with rosemary?) or

Millet is strengthening for the stomach, spleen, and kidneys. It is rich in B-vitamins, manganese, phosphorus, and magnesium. Millet is alkalizing, and gluten-free.
Quinoa is an ancient, protein and vitamin rich staple food. While strictly speaking it is a seed, quinoa is eaten as a gluten-free grain. It has an exceptional amino acid profile and the highest protein content of all grains, along with its cousin amaranth.

Add organic broccoli, greens, beans or lentils, steamed yellow squash or pumpkin and you have a very healthy radiation protective meal 2x week. Could start each meal daily with a cup of miso soup.  The best part is that this stuff tastes good, is inexpensive and is simple to make.

Eating lots of orange and dark green foods (sweet potatoes, winter squash, beets, carrots, kale, collards, chard, and spinach, for example) can protect you from radiation-induced cancers. Holy Basil also shows some promise for protection from radiation poisoning.  All cabbage family plants – including arugula, turnips, radishes, cauliflower, mustard greens, bok choy, Brussels sprouts, broccoli d’rappe, kale, collards, and of course broccoli – protect your cells from the damaging effects of radiation. Reishi mushrooms added to miso broth help clean up radiation.  Always check source of mushrooms as they also absorb radiation from the air.

Miso for Soup
1/4 - 1 level teaspoon per cup of broth
Simmer in broth for 3-4 minutes – NOT BOIL
Perhaps one of the most famous miso stories is about a doctor named Shinichiro Akizuki at St. Francis Hospital in Nagasaki during WWII. Dr. Akizuki developed a theory as to why he and the other medical staff never suffered from the radiation they were exposed to. Miso soup. The staff of the hospital drank it everyday. In 1989 this "miso soup" theory was supported by Dr. Akihiromiso to rats they were 100 to 200 percent less likely to become ill.

Miso for Beans
1-1/2 teaspoon per cup of dry beans (if used instead of sea salt)

Some other healthy qualities of miso include:

  • It's high in iron, calcium, protein, potassium and B vitamins
  • Miso aids in digestion. A well-prepared miso soup will also enrich the intestinal flora of healthy bacteria and hence support immunity. You MUST NOT BOIL the miso to obtain these benefits. Simply simmer for a few minutes. This stops the fermentation process so that the miso will not produce gas in your stomach but keeps the healthy bacteria intact
  • Certain types of cancer (including prostate and breast) are less likely to occur in people who eat miso on a regular basis
  • It lowers both total blood cholesterol and heart friendly
  • Miso contains many powerful antioxidants
  • Since it's high in calcium, miso is a great dairy-free way to prevent osteoporosis
Note: To obtain these health benefits you must be sure you're buying high quality, traditionally made (not chemically produced) miso. When shopping be sure to look for phrases such as organic, traditionally made, naturally aged and be sure that sea salt listed as an ingredient instead of table salt.
Miso needs to simmer in the soup over a low flame for 3-4 minutes before eating.
9. Reishi mushrooms, known in traditional Chinese Medicine as Ling Zhi, have also been noted to increase the white blood cells and increase the overall immune protection of the body, even combating cancer. (Studies on reishi and cancer are varied.) The recommended method is slicing the dried mushroom and simmering for three hours, drinking the concentrated tea.
10. Cilantro removes heavy metals from the body (especially when combined with chlorella),  and milk thistle is another herb that supports the liver in removing toxins. Bentonite clay has been touted as doing the same through binding and removing the foreign substances.
So despite radiation worries, there are some things you can load up on to lessen your toxic intake. In the meantime, coconut water is high in potassium, and can make you a lot more relaxed while waiting for the next shoe to drop. Peace.

Soups & Stews

Anytime...
Anywhere...
Instant Miso Broth

1 cup hot water
2 teaspoons Dandelion Leek or other dark miso
or 2-3 teaspoons light miso.
For a satisfying and healing broth on any occasion, simply mix miso into a cup of boiled water and savor the deep flavor. A great coffee substitute. Also a life saver when travelling.

Miso soup is quick and easy to prepare; it is often ready to serve within 5 minutes. Almost any ingredient goes well in it. The hearty aroma of miso soup is as appetizing as that of coffee while its mellow, subtly pungent flavor and low calorie warmth help to start the day off right. By alkalizing the blood, miso soup is said to wake up the nervous system and offer abundant nourishment, stamina, and energy that last all morning. An aid to digestion and assimilation, it is also said to relieve acid indigestion and settle an upset stomach.
—Adapted from The Book of Miso, pg. 97.

When cooking with South River Miso it is important to remember that it is a living food. Each teaspoonful contains millions of active microorganisms which are beneficial to the dynamic digestion and assimilation of all foods.
To gain the full benefits of miso as a preventive medicine as well as a nourishing food, it should not be boiled or subject to prolonged cooking which diminishes its flavor and healthful benefits.
Aveline Kushi writes: “Miso may be enjoyed the year-round, although the varieties, ingredients, and cooking methods may change with the seasons. Because miso is so sweet and delicious, it is easy to overuse it. This produces a craving for liquid, fruits, or sweets to balance the miso’s strong salty content.”*
When seasoning with miso, cook the main ingredients of the soup first. Then reduce the flame to simmer. In a separate bowl mix the desired amount of miso with a soup ladle full of the cooking liquid. This will help to evenly season the soup. Return this diluted miso to the soup.
The taste of miso soup should be neither too salty nor too bland. The amount to use is determined by individual taste, but usually 1-2 teaspoons per cup of soup is a good measure. You can start by adding a small amount, then more if needed, but not so much that the soup tastes too salty. Miso should enhance the flavors of the soup but not overpower them.
Once miso has been added do not allow the soup to boil, but let it simmer for 3-4 minutes as the flavors mingle. Now your miso soup is warm and ready to serve with its life-giving forces intact.

Geiger counters:

The 4 Best Geiger Counters - http://www.survival-lists.com/4-best-geiger-counters/

Ever since the nuclear disaster in Fukushima, Japan, people have been more aware of the risks associated with accidents at nuclear power plants.

If you have a radiation detector and there is a nuclear emergency close enough to affect you, it will help you to determine what the radiation levels are in your vicinity.  Here are the 4 best geiger counters according to Amazon reviews.

1. Mazur Instruments PRM-8000 Geiger Counter
The top rated detector on the list is the Mazur Instruments PRM-8000 Geiger Counter – Nuclear Radiation Detector .  It uses a US-made Geiger tube that detects beta, gamma, alpha, and x-rays.  Most other models only monitor beta and gamma radiation.  It has an LED screen, beeper, internal data logging, dose rate alarm, and more.  The general consensus of users is that it is worth the price in terms of quality, accuracy, and features.  It’s clear that this is one of the best geiger counters on the market.

Reviews say: “dead-on accurate,” “use is very straightforward,” “cannot say enough good things,” “great product,” “reliable,” “easy to learn,” and “best product on the market.”

2. Radiation Alert INSPECTOR  Microprocessor-Based Ionizing Radiation Detector

The Radiation Alert INSPECTOR Microprocessor-Based Ionizing Radiation Detector.  Like the PRM-8000, it detects alpha and beta particles at low levels as well as x-rays and gamma radiation.  It has a counter that flashes red and beeps as the radiation detected increases.  PANCAKE TUBE -ROUND DISK - BETTER FOR TESTING FOOD.

Reviews say: “very well made,” “easy to operate,” “very sensitive,” “solidly built,” and “excellent meter.”

3. Radiation Alert INSPECTORXTREME  Microprocessor-Based Ionizing Radiation Detector

Number three on the list, the Radiation Alert INSPECTORXTREME Microprocessor-Based Ionizing Radiation Detector with Protective Boot, is similar to the INSPECTOR in that it measures alpha and beta radiation as well as x-rays and gamma radiation.  Like the INSPECTOR, it has an alert that lets you know when radiation is increasing to dangerous levels.  It includes a protective rubber case.

Reviews say: “great geiger counter,” “best radiation monitor for the money,” and the “case is a nice add.”

4. Radiation Alert MONITOR4 Analog-Based Ionizing Radiation Detector

Next is Radiation Alert MONITOR4 Analog-Based Ionizing Radiation Detector. It is less expensive than the top 3 geiger counters.  It features a dual-scale analog counter that displays CPM (counts per minute) and mR (milliRoentgen) per hour.  Like the other models, it features a beeping noise and red flashing alert as the environmental radiation increases.  However, it is not as sensitive as the more expensive models.

Positive comments from reviewers:”great product for the price,”  “very pleased so far,” “reliable,” “satisfied” with purchase, and “high quality product.”  One person commented that the written directions were hard to understand for less experienced users.

Helpful excerpts from Randyl’s book –“Rad Free Me”

Man-Made Radiation

From the sheet-rock used in home construction, to the enriched uranium used to power US Naval ships, man’s technological advances have increased our exposure to dangerous radiation significantly. Millions of smart-phone users admit to keeping their mobile device within arm’s reach 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Laptop computers may be a convenience for the entrepreneur on the go, but actually using the small computer on your lap for prolonged periods could hinder reproductive function.

Building Materials -

Radiation exists naturally in the environment, but man-made advances bring these sources of radiation right into our homes in the form of bricks, stone masonry, drywall, and cement. These building materials often contain radiation from uranium ores as we use them to construct schools, homes, churches, offices and all manner of buildings.

Electronics -

Microwave ovens, cell-phones, bluetooth devices and all electronics in between give off various radio frequencies that build up over time. It’s a never a good idea to stand in close proximity to a microwave oven while it’s on, it’s even worse to hover nearby and watch your food as it cooks. Likewise, a significant correlation has been proven between high levels of cell phone usage and some forms of brain cancer.

Tobacco Products -

Tobacco products are yet another source of radiation, resulting from polonium-210, which is a naturally present type of radiation found in tobacco plants. Smokers willingly inhale this polonium-210 and receive an additional dose of radiation in the form of polonium-218, which is a decay product from radon gas. Polonium-218 is reported to cling to aerosols like tobacco smoke, which is how it finds its way into the lungs. The fun doesn’t end there, once in the lungs the polonium continues to decay, emitting alpha particles, which can damage cells over time.

Medicine -

The medical field also contributes to radiation exposure, though most people aren’t exposed to this form of radiation daily. X-rays for routine medical examinations are the source we are most familiar with, whether sitting in a dentists chair, or diagnosing a medical condition. Cancers are often detected, and treated, with radioactive isotopes injected into the patient.

Let’s not forget about the radiologists who diagnose heart disease through the regular use of technetium and thorium radioisotopes. Certain occupations increase the risk of radiation exposure, radiologists being just one, while others include medical technicians, underground miners, nuclear plant operators, pilots and research scientists.

Air Travel

Every day, millions of people who are flying to their destinations are exposed to radar scanners. These scanners emit radiation at levels that once again accumulate in the body’s fat cells eventually to mutating into cancer cells.

Dirty Electricity/Energy Pollution -

Dirty Electricity, or energy pollution, is caused by anything that interferes with the 60 Hz alternating current that flows between homes and businesses. Primary causes of dirty electricity are computers, cordless phones, and televisions that put out more than 60 Hz and interrupt a clean, 60 Hz current.

Smart Meters are another example of a dirty electricity source because they are a disruptive transmitter. Dirty electricity is a universal carcinogen that causes cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and sometimes depression. Smart meter-related energy pollution is even more concentrated at apartment complexes because several meters are arranged together in clusters increasing the magnitude of exposure.  11 Smart Meters -

Most often, smart meters refer to an electrical meter, which is attached to the home, monitoring all electrical usage and also capable of measuring the consumption of natural gas and water. Similar meters are nothing new, but “Smart Meters” not only allow for two-way communication between the meter and the central system, they also report in such regular intervals as to be considered “real time” readings of consumption.

Thought to be an economical alternative to traditional meters, use of smart meters is intended for wide-scale applications, ranging from commercial to residential. The true measure of how cost effective a smart meter can be to the user depends on behaviors and habits changing, for now it appears as though the savings falls on the side of the central office that no longer needs to send people out to take measurements.

Smart meters send out radiation, which covers an area wider than the actual property being measured. Individuals who live next to apartment buildings outfitted with smart meters report hearing the smart meter signal interfering with radio signals at regular intervals throughout the night.

No proof has been shown that smart meters result in more conservative energy habits. Instead, smart meters emit radiation at an alarming rate, at a much higher degree than anyone would ever receive from using a cell phone or microwave oven (two regular radiation offenders that pale in comparison to smart meters).

Smart Meters work by transmitting a pulse of informa12 tion at regular intervals. Paced as frequently as every ten seconds, each pulse emits well over 70.10 microwatts of radiation, compared to the .03 microwatts which occurs in nature. Similar to a cell phone in the way it shoots out pulses of radioactive signals, the smart meter itself also acts as a mini cellular tower. Just imagine how that constant source of radiation becomes amplified each time your smart meter transmits your information while also relaying information from surrounding smart meters.

Cross-Contamination -

Cross-contamination is yet another issue, especially, in areas that are densely populated with cell phone towers. Large populations of cell phone users and homes using smart metes are at risk, because the non-ionizing pulses cannot be seen each time they’re emitted by smart meters, cell phones and cellular tower which increases the waves of radioactivity exposure.

People living in close proximity to smart meters report dramatic changes in their sleep habits. Long term exposure to radiation results in a mutation on a cellular level, specifically a hardening of the cell walls which makes it difficult for cells to expel waste, leading to an environment ripe for cancer generation. Furthermore, a mutation of DNA inhibits reproduction of healthy offspring.

It is frightening to imagine whole apartment complexes of people unable to bear children, let alone entire neighborhoods, cities, and States. Refusing to have your home outfitted with a smart meter is your first, and most important course of action. Taking steps provided by Nature’s remedies is the next path to countering radiation exposure.

Chapter 2: Nature’s Cure

The Thyroid and Radiation -

Many nuclear disasters release clouds of radioactive iodine into the atmosphere. The thyroid gland absorbs iodine, but does not differentiate between the iodine found in food, and the radioactive sort. Exposure to radioactive iodine often leads to thyroid cancer within ten years time. This is a major concern because the thyroid gland is responsible for many of the body’s autonomous functions, ranging from heart rate and metabolism, to body temperature and mood. The thyroid gland also plays a vital role in immune function.

In the wake of a nuclear disaster, many experts recommend consuming a daily dose of potassium iodide. This method of protection will temporarily flood the thyroid gland with natural iodine, making it impervious to absorb radioactive iodine from the atmosphere. Great for emergency precautions, long-term use of potassium iodide can have adverse effects on individuals already suffering from abnormal thyroid function. When possible, it’s far better to flood the thyroid with the naturally occurring iodine found in fresh organically grown fruits, vegetables and seaweed.

Potassium iodide should not be taken continually as a preventative, as this can lead to serious health risks. Rather, it needs to be taken in the proper dosage in close proximity to the time a nuclear disaster occurs. In short, only if you have been exposed to a source, which may contain radioactive iodine, should you begin a routine of ingesting potassium iodide. 15 Individuals with Grave’s Disease who have already been through treatment with radioactive iodine will not benefit from the use of potassium iodide. The same is true for individuals who have had their thyroid surgically removed. Likewise, if you are beyond a 200-mile radius of a nuclear emergency, your need for potassium iodide is unlikely.

Foods for Natural Thyroid Support -

There are some foods that will naturally boost thyroid function, which is great for those individuals who have a low-functioning thyroid. Likewise, there are some foods that will suppress thyroid function, which are good for folks with over-active thyroids. Still, there are some foods to avoid completely for the sake of healthy thyroid function.

Sugar - Sugar may present the largest problem because refined sugar can be found everywhere, in just about everything. Mainstream doctors and holistic practitioners agree, sugar suppresses immune function. Changes in blood sugar triggers conditions such as diabetes and hypoglycemia - two conditions which thyroid patients are particularly susceptible. When not eating refined sugar, many thyroid patients report increased energy and stabilized thyroid levels.

Anything with Pesticides - Pesticides sprayed on all non-organic food have been shown to play havoc with hormone levels. The chemicals found in iodized salt have proven similar qualities, so it’s best to avoid both. Consume only organic foods, and swap out your iodized table salt for sea-salt.

Foods that Boost Thyroid Function -

Kelp and Seaweed - Seaweed has a fantastic texture and delightfully salty taste, it’s also an extraordinary source of naturally occurring iodine. Sprinkle some crunchy seaweed on salads or soups, or wrap up some vegetables and rice in the form of sushi. Seek and purchase sources from the Atlantic Coast free of radiation exposure.

Coconut Oil - Virgin coconut oil reduces blood sugar and stabilizes thyroid levels, resulting in lower cholesterol, weight loss and increased energy.

Foods that Suppress Thyroid Function -

Soy - In moderate amounts soy has proven beneficial to individuals with hyperactive thyroids, because soy suppresses thyroid function. For most people, however, soy in any quantity should be avoided because the estrogenic compounds contained in soy interferes with thyroid hormones, leading to increased cramps associated with PMS, and menopausal symptoms.

Cruciferous Vegetables - A very small family of vegetables known as “Brassica” contain goitrogenic chemicals that suppress thyroid function. Members of this variety of cruciferous vegetables include broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, kale, mustard, cabbage, bok-choy and brussel sprouts. These foods consumed in moderation can be quite helpful for their other nutrient-dense concentrations.

When working towards full thyroid support, it’s important to focus on a wide array of vitamins and minerals, not simply iodine. A healthy, functioning thyroid requires trace minerals such as selenium, zinc, iron and copper, as well as B and D vitamins. As such, it’s best to eat a diet rich in a variety of whole foods in addition to the health17 ful foods such as broccoli, fermented soy miso, tempeh, sauerkrauts and kale which have more beneficial qualities than harmful.

Daily Radiation Protection

The recent Fukushima nuclear disaster has created a panic about radiation and its damaging effects, and with good reason. Caused by an earthquake in Japan, which then damaged a nuclear generation power plant, many people were exposed to radiation as a result of the Fukushima disaster. Based on successful results in Poland after the Chornobyl (then called Chernobyl) disaster in Russia, Japanese doctors have started giving potassium iodide to help boost the thyroid.)

Potassium Iodide is fine for those who have been recently exposed to dangerous levels of radiation, but as an every-day preventative this method can present serious health risks. Instead, there are some very simple steps you can take towards dramatically reducing your exposure to radiation, such as:

Get rid of your microwave - use an oven, toaster, etc,

Don’t fly too often

Opt out from the full-body scanner when flying, request the physical pat down instead.

In general, attempt to stay away from high doses of radiation exposure. Eat foods higher in iodine and potassium. When attempting to increase your intake of iodine take care to not consume too much as this can lead to hyperthyroidism.  18 Iodine rich foods - Potassium rich foods -

Spirulina Bananas

Seaweed Sweet potatoes

Kelp kiwi(available as a supplement) beets

Navy beans lima beans

Strawberries tomatoes

Organic yogurt raisins

Cranberries spinach

Vegetables

Asparagus

Carrots

Tomatoes

Rhubarb

Potatoes

Peas

Mushrooms

Lettuce

Cabbage

Onions

Garlic

Sesame seeds

Soybeans

Summer squash

Swish chard

Turnip greens

Rosemary

Be careful with a potassium iodide supplement, which is mostly synthetic and not the least bit healthy when taken long term, you can boost these minerals naturally by including nutrient-rich foods into your daily dietary routine.

A holistic approach to radiation repair takes the body, mind, and spirit into account. In addition to detoxifying 19 baths using Bentonite clay, Epsom salts, are excellent ways to boost magnesium levels, relaxing muscles and aiding the elimination channels.

Remove Radiation Naturally -

Exposure to radiation cannot be escaped, it exists in the natural world all around us, right down to the air we breathe and the water we drink. Though we cannot avoid exposure to radiation, we can take steps towards repairing the damage done by radiation exposure.

With dietary practices and supplements of essential vitamins and minerals, the body can repair much of the damage done by daily exposure to environmental radiation. With larger doses of radiation, however, more intentional action must be taken. To know which steps you must take within your own life, you must first determine just how much radiation exposure you experience daily.

For the most part, people experience two levels of radiation exposure - Moderate and Extreme

Moderate - daily use of a cell phone, without a headset, for over an hour a day. Daily use of microwave ovens for 10 minutes or more - especially those who like to stand nearby and watch food. 30-60 minutes a week of tanning bed usage, 40-46 hours a week of computer usage, airplane flights lasting four hours or more, full body screenings, patients who recently had x-rays or CAT scans during a medical visit in the past six months. This includes dental screenings.

Extreme – to fall in the extreme category, you don’t have to exceed the exposure limits of the moderate category, 20 though that is a significant contributor. In addition to all this, the extreme category is made up of people who live near nuclear power plants, or people who have been exposed to high levels of radiation due to nuclear disasters or the completion of medical therapy to treat certain forms of cancer.

Radiation Protection for Moderate Exposure -

If you fall under the moderate category, start a juice fast immediately, and follow it for one to three days. Likewise, you can consume a diet of raw fruits and vegetables for 7-10 days. When following a juice fast it’s important to use raw, organic fruit that you juice yourself. Not the store-bought variety, and definitely not anything from concentrate. When selecting foods to include in your juice fast, or raw food fast choose the following:

Wheat grass Alfalfa leaves

Leafy greens Cucumbers

Celery Kale

Parsley Spinach

Bean sprouts Collards

Ginger Guavas

Onion Plums

Beets Gooseberries

Garlic Cherries

Apples Citrus fruits

For an additional oomph in your smoothies, try adding:

Spirulina

Astazanthin

Liquid chlorophyll

Chlorella

Also, these natural sources of protection are great for removing heavy metals and radiation from the system:

Rosemary Essential Oil Mist

Turmeric essential Oil Mist

Radiation Detox Bath -

Fill tub with hot water, as hot as you can stand it. Add 1 cup of sea salt, 1 cup of baking soda, and 7 sprays of Rosemary Essential Oil Mist into the water. Give yourself a good, full-body scrub before entering the water using a skin brush, scrub-mit,or loofah, always brushing towards the heart to invigorate circulation. Relax in the tub for 20 to 30 minutes, sweating is normal and expected, while soaking drink 16 to 20 ounces of pure spring water. When done with the bath, rinse with cool water, and apply a layer of aloe vera, or avocado oil, adding several sprays of Rosemary Essential Oil Mist. This extra bit of pampering now will result in protection against light to moderate radiation exposure later.

Radiation Healing for Heavy Exposure -

Natural treatment for extreme radiation exposure is similar to the course suggested for moderate exposure, with a few small changes. Those exposed to extreme amounts of radiation should still follow a juice fast, or a raw food diet, but for a much longer in duration for the full detoxifying benefits.

If you have been exposed to extreme amounts of radiation, take the following dietary precautions immediately:

14-21 day juice fast

OR

30 day raw food diet consisting of only raw, organic fruits and vegetables.

OR

3-Day Purification, Cellular Cleansing and Radiation Detoxification

The human body is a remarkably complex organism consisting of 50-100 trillion cells all working together to maintain a dynamic balance. In biological terms this is called “homeostasis.” Our brains are incapable of overseeing such a phenomenal task, therefore requiring the wisdom of each individual cell working to balance and harmonize the totality of the physical body. Each cell multitasks to perform the role of heart, liver, kidneys, eyes, skin, etc. and somehow “knows” each organ system is “responsible” to keep the entire organism filled with vitality, strength and well being.

The task at hand is far beyond our intellectual capabilities. It is imperative we allow the body to repair and heal itself. Purification, Cleansing and Detoxification are the avenues that accommodate the body’s intrinsic and natural healing processes.

There are many natural options available for the vitality and wellness of life. Everything from fasting, diet, nutrition, meditation, massage, chiropractic, energy-work, cardio-exercises, aromatherapy, yoga, tai chi, chi kung, etc. are all available for the natural balance of life.

The 3-Day Deep Sea Water/Frankincense Purification/Radiation Detox is a system designed to cleanse, detoxify and nourish the entire cellular body. As the cellular body cleanses and nourishes, our soul and spirit self expands to higher levels of conscious awareness. Saints, Holy Men and Women have “fasted and prayed” to attain states of grace.

Years of experience have determined the efficacy of the 3-Day Purification. During this72 hours, all the cells of the body are naturally cleansing, detoxifying and receiving nourishment from the saline mineral rich Deep Sea Water, Oman Frankincense Milk, live foods, raw juices, botanical supplements, body therapy, movement, meditation, etc.  As the body begins its purification journey, the other components of our unique organism, comes to the surface of consciousness. Our literal Body, Mind, Soul and Spirit become transparent and the subtle connections and influences between these dense and light bodies also “show” their worth of our pilgrimage called life. The interconnectedness of our own being and the responsibilities of care become revealed on this Path toward Wholeness. As we are sons and daughters of Nature and Spirit, we are on an experiential trek learning the values of daily care unifying the entire self.

Our societal world emphasizes only the transient material value of worth, while abandoning the real issues of our interconnectedness with Nature and each other.

The reality check of the responsibility of self-care is a concept we must seek out in order to become the vital and vibrant beings we were created to be. The 3-Day Deep Sea Water/Frankincense Purification/ Radiation Detox is the open door to a superior life.

In addition, consume these herbs, daily, for 6-8 weeks after the raw food diet:

Rosemary Essential Oil Mist

Turmeric Essential Oil Mist

Milk Thistle

Astragalus

Irish Moss

Kelp

Siberian Ginseng

Activated Charcoal

Chapter 4 There is Hope

Radiation is everywhere, and its long-term effects can be devastating, but this is by no means a death warrant. You can take steps to not only reverse the damaging effects of radiation you will also experience a greater sense of health and well-being as a result. A longer, healthier life, free from the damaging onslaught of radiation is well within your reach.

The late Dr. Akizuki, a medical doctor in Nagasaki at the time of the bombing, survived and served to help the injured. He observed that these survivors had a common diet practice, which was a traditional Japanese diet enriched with Miso.

Dr. Akizuki’s claims regarding his beliefs about the traditional Japanese diet enriched with miso were published in his books (Akizuki 1981 & 1975). The following is a brief summary:

1) Medicine should create a healthy body condition that is immune to sickness. Without creating this condition, we can never cure sickness. One of the ways to create this healthy condition is to make the body alkalized, since a weak body is often created with the mass consumption of sweets and animal products, resulting in an acidic condition in the human body.

2) Diet determines our condition. The constitution of our body is hereditary, but our condition is constantly changing according to what we eat and the environment in which we live.

3) We live and grow in our surrounding environment, so we should eat food that is grown locally and eat them in season since our body and the land we live in are inseparable 4) One cup of miso soup every morning will create a healthy condition that is immune to any sickness because miso is rich in enzymes, protein and unsaturated fat. We can intake 10 g of protein by drinking a cup of miso soup with tofu and seaweed. (Miso includes amino acid, peptide and so forth, which Tofu does not.)

5) Miso is a traditional Japanese food, used in various dishes such as miso soup, all of which have been developed through the long history of the Japanese diet, and thus are effective and beneficial to the bodies of people who live in Japan.

Radiation is an unstable nuclei of decaying atoms, releasing particles which damage organic materials. Radiation is measured with the unit of rem, ‘Roentgen Equivalent in Man,’ which represents the amount of radiation needed to damage living tissue. Why then is exposure to radiation so harmful to the human body? It destroys organic materials and causes many radiation sickness symptoms including nausea, vomiting, headache and some loss of white cells, as well as chronic diseases such as burns, cancers and leukemia. A dose of 25 rems causes some detectable changes in blood, a dose of 100 rems causes radiation sickness, and a dose of 800 rems definitely leads to death. Those in Nagasaki and Hiroshima at the time of bombings received up to 6000 rems.

The human body has remarkable healing capabilities. A Rad Free Diet combined with specific Herbal Essential Oil Mists will protect and heal radiation exposure.

Plants adapt faster and more predicatively than we as humans. We must take on the responsibility of protecting the Herbal Kingdom by growing and nurturing healing plants with organic poison-free methods of propagation Awareness of daily radiation exposure, a discerning lifestyle in conjunction with Nature’s Herbal remedies will provide anyone an extended, vital and healthful life.

With the recent news that Fukushima’s nuclear situation has once more gotten out of hand, it’s important to ensure your body is nutritionally fortified to withstand as best as possible the damage done by radioactive exposure, however little or large it may be, on an on-going basis.  Superfoods and fresh juice intake can accomplish this, but beyond that, it’s also important to have an arsenal of nutritional tools that can more specifically target the harmful effects of radiation when particularly heavy contact with it has been or is expected to be made.  This is a list of the most powerful radiation detoxification and defense sources based primarily off the research of nutrition expert David Wolfe.  While there may be other foods, herbs, and remedies that help as well, these seem to be the most impactful.
  1. Medicinal Mushrooms: Medicinal mushrooms like reishi, chaga and maitake have compounds called beta glucans that can soothe the internal burns caused by radioactive isotopes.  In addition, they are proven cancer-fighters, important since the most common side effect of radiation exposure is cancer in various forms.  Reishi, for example, is well-documented for its ability to increase white blood cell count and raise anti-cancer and anti-tumor activity by activating interferons and tumor-necrosis factor in the blood.
  2. Bentonite Clay: When consumed, bentonite clay can absorb and detox radiation internally, so long as the elimination channels are relatively clear, meaning so long as you can eliminate on a regular basis.
  3. WE NO LONGER RECOMMEND Zeolites:   Too many cases of heavy metal contamination from impure zeolite.
  4. Boron: Boron is a nutrient that works by squelching the neutrons that radioactive particles excrete once in the body.  If uncontained, these neutrons can cause runaway radioactive burning, resulting in severely damaging oxidation reactions.   Wolfe recommends taking 4-10mg  of boron per day to help drive off this debris from nuclear contamination.
  5. Iodine: Iodine is the most touted anti-radiation substance, sold most commonly as potassium iodide, for its protective effects on the glandular system.  Iodine is a halogen, like chlorine, fluorine and radioactive iodine, and when the body is saturated with iodine, it preferentially uptakes iodine instead of the harmful halogens, resulting among other benefits, a defense against the uptake of radioactive iodine.  Iodine can be taken in forms other than potassium iodide, the most recommended brands being Lugol’s, Iodoral, and Nascent Iodine.  The typical recommended dose of Lugol’s or Iodoral is 13-15mg per day (equivalent to a much lower dosage of Nascent Iodine).  This amount is roughly what the average Japanese person consumes per day, due to the higher amount of fish and seaweed in the Japanese diet.  However, if your body is not yet saturated with sufficient iodine, according to Dr. Guy Abraham, a pioneer in iodine research, it may require significantly more daily intake than that for several months to require only 13-15mg per day.  To boot, 13-15mg is only recommended for normal daily use, not under the duress of radiation exposure.  Abraham found that a better measurement of iodine sufficiency was marked when a person can excrete 90% of the iodine consumed within 24 hours, and for most people to reach this mark required months of iodine supplementation in the 50mg per day range, and up to 100mg per day for diabetics.  In contrast to the cautionary tales often spun by the traditional Western view, only less than 5% of his patients reported any side effects like hypo- or hyperthyroidism, thyroid swelling, or allergies.  A quick test to gauge the degree of your need for iodine is the iodine skin test.  Take a drop of Lugol’s iodine (or equivalent), smear it on an inner portion of the arm, like the wrist, and check how much is left after an hour.  If the stain is still mostly there, you might have a sufficient amount iodine saturation, but if it’s been noticeably absorbed, you’re lacking in iodine.
  6. Ginseng: Ginseng has been proven to help the body recover from the damage of radiation poisoning.  One research study showed that ginseng sped the healing of irradiated subjects as measured by bone marrow, skin, internal organ, and blood cell count improvement.
  7. Fulvic Acid: Fulvic acid has the ability to fight some of the effects of radiation by facilitating the detoxification of radioactive debris from the body.  Along with iodine, it’s been one of the more popular supplements used in Japan since the Fukushima crisis began.
  8. Full-Spectrum Sea Salt: Full-spectrum sea salt, particularly Himalyan and Celtic sea salt, have the ability to drive off radioactive elements.  A research study on the aftermath of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki nuclear bombings showed that people who ate saltier, and thus more mineral rich, foods, were more protected from the damage of radiation.
  9. MegaHydrate/Crystal Energy: MegaHydrate and Crystal Energy are natural antioxidants created by Dr. Patrick Flanagan.  Specifically, the product is a source of negatively charged hydrogen ions connected to silica, which has the ability to drive radiation off out of the body.
  10. Asparagus Root: Asparagus root is able to protect the body from gamma radiation damage.  Gamma radiation is created when radioactive particles like radioactive iodine and radioactive uranium are inhaled into the lungs, resulting in what’s called a short wave gamma radiation burst.  In the immediate aftermath of the Fukushima disaster, in April 2011, the average person in Tokyo breathed in 10 radioactive particles per day, and the average person in Seattle breathed in five.  Wolfe recommends taking 10 to 15 thumb-sized asparagus roots per day, and even asparagus shoots can be a good enough substitute.
  11. Astragalus: Astragalus is beneficial for the thyroid and according to Chinese medicine, strengthens the lung meridian, which is critical in protecting yourself from the effects of breathing in radioactive isotopes.
  12. Selenium: Selenium has a well-documented ability to mitigate the harm of radiation exposure, backed by research on its ability to help cancer patients survive the damaging radioactive side effects of chemotherapy.
  13. Chlorella: While a nutritional powerhouse in its own right, with a high antioxidant content for fighting radiation-induced free radical damage, chlorella has also been used to help transport radioactive particles out of the body with its unique cell wall structure, which is actually more well-known for transporting heavy metals out of the body.
  14. Aloe Vera: Aloe vera can mitigate the skin damage caused by external radiation burns, and help reduce some of the damage done internally when consumed as well.  One full fillet of aloe vera for consumption is recommended.

How To Protect Yourself From Radiation Exposure
Because of what is occurring in Japan, many people are wondering what they could do to protect themselves in the event that dangerous levels of radiation were to make their way into the United States.

The following is a consensus of options that may be protective without being dangerous. It’s important to understand that some of these options have not been studied in large, well organized trials but come about as a result of the reported experience of countries, scientists and physicians who had to deal with dangerous levels of radiation and their effects on the populations exposed to them.

There are two types of radiation, according to Lita Lee, author of Radiation Protection Manual. They are ionizing and non-ionizing radiation. The ionizing radiation is more damaging because it is of a higher energy than non-ionizing radiation and produces charged particles called ions, either negative ions (the good “guys”) or positive ions (the bad ones). Ionizing radiation is produced from nuclear bombs, nuclear reactors, medical and dental x-rays, and is the type of radiation used to irradiate food. The non-ionizing radiation includes electromagnetic radiation produced by electric current, radio waves, microwave ovens, radar stations, television (cathode ray tube), video display terminals (VDT’s) computers, high voltage lines, infrared and fluorescent lights, and sunlamps (e.g. tanning booths which emit ultraviolet light).

#1- Potassium Iodide (KI) – Many are reading about potassium iodide being handed out in Japan because of radiation levels. Potassium iodide may protect just the thyroid gland against exposure to radioactive iodine that occurs when radiation levels increase. KI will probably not help with radiation damage in other parts of the body.

The FDA has approved two different forms of KI—tablets and liquid—that people can take by mouth after a nuclear radiation emergency. Tablets come in two strengths, 130 milligram (mg) and 65 mg. The tablets are scored so they may be cut into smaller pieces for lower doses. Each milliliter (mL) of the oral liquid solution contains 65 mg of KI.

According to the FDA, the following doses are appropriate to take after internal contamination with (or likely internal contamination with) radioactive iodine:

Adults should take 130 mg (one 130 mg tablet OR two 65 mg tablets OR two mL of solution).
Women who are breastfeeding should take the adult dose of 130 mg.
Children between 3 and 18 years of age should take 65 mg (one 65 mg tablet OR 1 mL of solution). Children who are adult size (greater than or equal to 150 pounds) should take the full adult dose, regardless of their age.
Infants and children between 1 month and 3 years of age should take 32 mg (½ of a 65 mg tablet OR ½ mL of solution). This dose is for both nursing and non-nursing infants and children.
Newborns from birth to 1 month of age should be given 16 mg (¼ of a 65 mg tablet or ¼ mL of solution). This dose is for both nursing and non-nursing newborn infants.
The protective effects of a dose of KI is about 24 hours. KI is available without a prescription, and a pharmacist can sell you KI brands that have been approved by the FDA

#2- Glutathione and a potentially protective combination!
We know radiation exposure causes approximately 3% of all cancers. This fact has been studied extensively. When you are exposed to radiation a very reactive type of free radical is formed called a “hydroxyradical”. Studies have shown glutathione’s (GSH) detoxification abilities play a key role in neutralizing hydroxyradicals and cancer specialists are now raising glutathione (GSH) levels in patients who are undergoing radiation therapy as part of their cancer treatment. Detoxification benefits from boosted glutathione (GSH) levels and helps cancer patients better tolerate their treatment. Studies have also been done around the world, from Switzerland to Spain to India to Germany, on the effect of glutathione (GSH) on radiation damage. Low levels of glutathione (GSH) were connected with an increased risk of developing cancer from radiation exposure. Patients undergoing cancer treatment experienced stronger side effects and greater injury from radiation therapy when they had low glutathione (GSH) levels.

The immune system, have been shown to be better able to withstand radiation therapy when cancer specialists raised glutathione (GSH) prior to treatment. The implication here is…glutathione (GSH) does and will, to a greater degree, play a major role in the treatment of cancer by using detoxification to reduce the damaging effects of radiation.

At the time of the atomic bombing, Tatsuichiro Akizuki, M.D. was Director of the Department of Internal Medicine at St. Francis’s Hospital in Nagasaki and he fed his staff and patients a strict diet of brown rice, miso and tamari soy soup, wakame, kombu and other seaweed, Hokkaido pumpkin, and sea salt. He also prohibited the consumption of sugar and sweets since they suppress the immune system.

By imposing this diet on his staff and patients, no one succumbed to radiation poisoning whereas the occupants of hospitals located much further away from the blast incident suffered severe radiation fatalities. Much of this positive result has to do with the fact that the sea vegetables contain substances that bind radioactive particles and escort them out of the body. This is why seaweed sales usually skyrocket after radiation disasters, and why various seaweeds and algae are typically used to treat radiation victims. See this article for more information.

In Chernobyl, for instance, spirulina was used to help save many children from radiation poisoning. By taking 5 grams of spirulina a day for 45 days, the Institute of Radiation Medicine in Minsk even proved that children on this protocol experienced enhanced immune systems, T-cell counts and reduced ra
dioactivity. Israeli scientists have since treated Chernobyl children with doses of natural beta carotene from Dunaliella algae and proved that it helped normalize their blood chemistry. Chlorella algae, a known immune system builder and heavy metal detoxifier, has also shown radioprotective effects. Because they bind heavy metals, algae should therefore be consumed after exposure to any type of radioactive contamination. (Note: Marine phytoplankton is also a powerbul detoxifier and nourishing product.

In 1968 a group of Canadian researchers at McGill University of Montreal, headed by Dr. Stanley Skoryna, actually set out to devise a method to counteract the effects of nuclear fallout. The key finding from their studies was that sea vegetables contained a polysaccharide substance, called sodium alginate, which selectively bound radioactive strontium and eliminated it from the body.

Sodium alginate is found in many seaweeds, especially kelp, and since that time the Russians have been seriously researching the use of their own kelps from Vladivlostok, from which they have isolated the polysaccharide U-Fucoidan, which is another radioactive detoxifier. Because miso soup was so effective in helping prevent radiation sickness, the Japanese have also done research identifying the presence of an active ingredient called zybicolin, discovered in 1972, which acts as a binding agent to also detoxify and eliminate radioactive elements (such as strontium) and other pollutants from the body.

The kelps and algaes aren’t the only natural foods with radio-detoxifying effects. In terms of fluids to drink, black and green tea have shown “radioprotective effects” whether consumed either before or after exposure to radiation. This anti-radiation effect was observed in several Japanese studies, and studies from China also suggest that the ingredients in tea are radioactive antagonists.

In short, after any sort of radioactive exposure you want to be eating seaweeds and algaes along with almost any type of commercial heavy metal chelating formula to bind radioactive particles and help escort them out of the body. Whether you’re worried about depleted uranium, plutonium or other isotopes, this is the wise thing to do which can possibly help, and certainly won’t hurt. Many nutritional supplements have been developed for the purpose of detoxifying heavy metals, most of which contain the algaes and plant fibers and other binding substances. Basically, an anti-radiation diet should focus on the following foods:

· Miso soup
· Spirulina, chlorella and the algaes (kelp, etc.)
· Brassica vegetables and high beta carotene vegetables
· Beans and lentils
· Potassium, calcium and mineral rich foods
· High nucleotide content foods to assist in cellular repair including spirulina, chlorella, algae, yeast, sardines, liver, anchovies and mackerel
· cod liver oil and olive oil and coconut oil
· Avoid sugars and sweets and wheat
· A good multivitamin/multimineral supplement

Yet another benefit of the sea vegetables rarely discussed is their high mineral content, which is a bonus in the case of radioactive exposure. Consuming natural iodine, such as in the seaweeds, helps prevent the uptake of iodine-131 while iron inhibits the absorption of plutonium-238 and plutonium-239. Vitamin B-12 inhibits cobalt-60 uptake (used in nuclear medicine), zinc inhibits zinc-65 uptake and sulfur is preventative for sulfur-35 (a product of nuclear reactors) incorporation by the body.

Since nuclear workers are potentially exposed to radioactive sulfur, this means that workers in the atomic power industry need a higher content of sulfur in their diet. MSM supplements provide a source of dietary sulfur, but thiol supplements such as cysteine, lipoic acid and glutathione serve double-duty in this area because they help detoxify the body and attack all sorts of other health problems as well. Dr Schulze:

ALERT: Radiation Exposure Dr Schulze

March 19, 2011,

In the last 48 hours I have received hundreds of questions from customers all across America, about the potential radiation exposure from the Japanese Nuclear Power Plant disaster.

The questions are ranging from taking prophylactic potassium iodide (KI) to general and natural radiation protection.

First I would like to say that I had many students in the vicinity of Chernobyl during their nuclear facility meltdown, and worked with them to protect and treat their patients. So I do have a lot of helpful information and experience - lets get started!

How much Radiation is coming?

I think that one thing we know for sure, is that we cannot trust the power companies, nor the Japanese or the American governments, when it comes to getting us accurate information and possibly even telling the truth. The media and the Internet may be our best and more accurate source of current information.

As far as the Japanese nuclear energy suppliers, we know they are total liars. Their nuclear power plant executives have been arrested in the past for falsifying nuclear facility safety and incident reports, to the point where the Japanese government has closed every Japanese nuclear power plant at one time or another. And the American government has made many mistakes in the past monitoring facilities, and reporting incidents such as this, and even downplaying disasters to avoid panic, and has even been found to have “outright lied” on other occasions. So while private businesses and government agencies alike are known to falsify, cover up information and even lie, I would say that I do NOT trust anyone giving this current information.

Again, I would seek out the Internet, and try to find your own truth, which probably lies somewhere between the hysterical panic of the doomsayers and the lies of the Japanese corporate executives.

What is Radioactive Fallout?

Radioactive fallout is like radioactive dust. After the radioactive explosions, radioactive particles attach to dirt and dust, and circulate into the air, and in this instance, have been carried by the jet stream winds from Japan to America. The simple reason it is called fallout is because this type of dust literally falls out of the sky onto us. Within a few weeks, winds will carry this fallout to almost all areas of the planet. If you suspect that radioactive fallout has reached harmful levels, you should consider ALL of the following.

There are two major ways that this Fallout contaminates us, External and Internal.

#1 To protect from EXTERNAL Contamination, Stay Inside, Breath Clean Air and Cover Up.

One of the best ways to protect yourself from radioactive fallout dust or contamination is simply to stay indoors. Keep the windows and doors closed and avoid direct contamination of this “dust” to your body. In extreme circumstances, you can even temporarily seal the house with plastic sheeting and duct tape, especially if a concentrated radioactive cloud was passing through.

If you are outdoors, cover your head and hair, wear a scarf or dust mask over your mouth, and cover up with clothing as much as possible. Then as soon as possible, remove all of these clothes, and scrub your skin with soap, water and a skin brush. If exposure is extreme, cutting your hair off is also advised.

#2 To protect from INTERNAL Contamination, Watch what you Breathe, Eat and Drink.

Internal contamination comes from breathing air, and ingesting food and drink that has been contaminated with this radioactive dust.

As far as breathing in radioactive dust, you must protect yourself by breathing through a dust mask or dust filtration mask, or at least a scarf.

As far as food, one thing we have learned from past nuclear incidents, is that the number one food that has always been accountable for 98% of radiation dust consumption, is milk and dairy products. So DO NOT consume any milk or dairy products. Only about 2% of radioactive dust ingestion has come from all other sources of food. This is because milk and dairy products have proven to have the highest concentrations of radioactive contamination after fallout has occurred.

Having said that, it is extremely important to wash all of your fruits and vegetables, even organically grown, because any food can be exposed to this radioactive dust. So washing all food with soap, water and a scrub brush is extremely important. This will remove the radioactive dust.

Finally, make sure that any water that you consume is bottled, (before the fallout occurred) or purified. Having a great water filter around is perfect for this type of emergency.

Should I take Potassium Iodide (KI)?

Unless high-level exposure is imminent, assumed or confirmed, I would NOT flood my body with this.

Since your thyroid assimilates iodine as food in order to function, and manufacture your thyroid hormones, and since this radioactive fallout is partially iodine131, your thyroid will gobble up this radioactive iodine. This is a very bad thing to happen.

The idea is that if you flood your body with non-radioactive iodine, and your thyroid is full, it won’t take in any more iodine, including the radioactive iodine from the fallout, and it will hopefully pass through your body harmlessly and be eliminated. And one of the ways to flood your body with iodine is by using Potassium Iodide (KI), as taking high levels of iodine is NOT advised and can be poisonous, even lethal.

All your questions about this can be answered at http://emergency.cdc.gov/radiation/ki.asp which is the Center for Disease Control website, which includes dosages and just about everything you would want to know about this treatment.

Again, I would NOT consume this unless high-level exposure is imminent, assumed or confirmed.

Are there Natural ways to do this instead of Potassium Iodide?

Yes!

Many herbs are rich sources of iodine, especially seaweeds. Although most people think that Kelp is the highest food and plant source of iodine, actually Dulse has twice as much iodine as Kelp, along with every mineral known, as it grows in the ocean. This is why I use Purple Dulse as one of my ingredients in SuperFood Plus. And although a normal serving of these foods contains extremely high amounts of iodine, it is still about 300 times less than the massive dose of potassium iodide that is used to flood and saturate your thyroid with iodine.

So while some researchers think that using the natural source seaweeds, because of the much lower amount of iodine, would not be effective, other researchers feel that the iodine in the sea vegetables is much more bio-available and will assimilate easier, therefore it will be more effective, so a lower dose may be effective to block the absorption of radioactive iodine.

Also I must state that there has been no substantial testing that I have ever seen using lower doses of herbal and organic natural food source iodine such as Dulse, instead of taking the potassium iodide, for the prevention of the toxic absorption of radioactive iodine131.

Now while some non-herbal people might be scoffing at the idea of loading your body up with SuperFood Plus, or running to the health food store and loading up on Dulse and Kelp, and thinking that this lower dose may not be effective, listen up.

During the Chernobyl nuclear power plant meltdown, I had students that didn’t have any potassium iodide available in their clinics, so instead they painted parts of their patients body’s with iodine tincture, some even with my black walnut and dulse tinctures that are high in iodine. And low and behold, their bodies assimilated the iodine through the skin, and their thyroid was protected. In fact these people ended up having the exact same low levels of radioactive uptake into their thyroid as the group that took potassium iodide. In fact after this incident, I have seen other studies that prove that painting iodine tincture onto a small areas of your body, like the hand or kneecap, (some even as small as a silver dollar) was equal to taking potassium iodide, in blocking radioactive dust uptake by your thyroid.

So now people are not laughing at the SuperFood, Dulse and Kelp idea anymore, and certainly all of these are better than doing nothing.

What other Natural Preventative Measures should you Consider?

After the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in World War II, it was determined that there was a direct correlation between A) the amount of radioactive fallout poisoning exposure, and B) the frequency that the person had a bowel movement, and C) the degree of radiation sickness that a person developed. The reason for this is simple. When you consume food that has radioactive fallout contamination, and this food sits in your body and bowel for days, or a week, well this gives you much greater exposure time to the radioactive fallout, and therefore the radiation does significantly more damage. On the contrary, if your bowel is eliminating 2 or 3 times a day, this gives you much less exposure time to the radioactive fallout. So this is simply why keeping your bowels active, keeps flushing out the radioactive dust and does not let it build up inside your body.

Secondly, after the Chernobyl power plant nuclear meltdown, apple pectin was used extensively to extract radiation from people’s bodies and their bowels, as it is proven to remove heavy metals including radioactive fallout and particles, even Strontium 90. This action proved to significantly prevent damage and disease that would have been caused by the radiation exposure and contamination.

So on the first assumption that you may have eaten contaminated food, and have consumed radioactive fallout, I would immediately use my Bowel Flush “SHOT”, and then consider doing my complete 5-Day Bowel Detox Program, that has Intestinal Formula #1, which would continue to stimulate the bowels to make sure that no radioactive dust had time to stay inside your bowel to cause any poisoning or damage. This Detox program also contains the Intestinal Formula #2 which contains apple pectin, that draws out the radioactive dust, and also the bentonite clay that will physically pull out the radioactive dust.

For all of these reasons, a good bowel Detox is the antidote for internal consumption of contaminated radioactive food.

My 10 Step Prevention / Protection Program

Stay Inside, Keep Doors and Windows Shut

Wear a Dust Mask

Remove Contaminated Clothing Immediately

Wash with Soap, Water and a Skin Brush

DO NOT consume any Milk or Dairy Products

Wash all Fruits, Vegetables or any Contaminated Food with Soap, Water and a Scrub Brush

Drink only Purified water.

Unless high-level exposure is imminent, assumed or confirmed, DO NOT take Potassium Iodide

Do flood your body with Dulse, Kelp and SuperFood Plus, and consider painting parts of your body with Iodine solutions or tinctures.

If you suspect any Internal Contamination, flush your bowel immediately with my Bowel Flush “SHOT” and then follow up by doing my complete 5-Day Bowel Detox Program

(San Francisco) July 30, 2016 – Good Day, this is “Your Radiation This Week” for the 2 week time period July 16, 2016 to July 30, 2016. These are the Top Recorded Radiation Highs that affected people for those 2 weeks around the United States.

Radiation CPM * City State

Listed in Counts per Minute, a Count is one Radioactive Decay Registered by the Instrument. The Top Reporting Radioactive Cities are listed. The highest radiation reporting city is listed first, the least radioactive city reporting is listed last.

Still, all reporting cities are above normal. These are a portion of the American cities that exceeded 1,000 CPM these past 2 weeks. 34 Cities are Reporting Radiation Above 1,000 CPM. Take precautions.

Changes

The Combined Beta and Gamma Radiation numbers publication dates are changed to publication twice a month. The next publication date for the reporting cities’ Radiation Numbers is August 13, 2016.

The YRTW Table of poisoned American cities has changed by adding a Column on the Right hand side. It is labeled “Corrupted?” The purpose of the column is to provide guidance as to the reliability, consistency and truthfulness of an individual city’s High Rad reading for these last 2 weeks.

Since a city’s report is subject to many strongly felt opinions that can affect Rad Readings, whether or not the Rad Unit was reporting at least 168 Hours (24 X 7)  takes on additional importance. The number of hours the machines work in a week is not an opinion.

It is a documented fact; it is a number, a measure of efficiency. The unit either reported publicly; or it failed to do so 100% of the time. It can’t do both.

All things being equal there should be One Reading per Hour for 168 Rad readings a week. The corruption may originate with a machine error, programming glitch, human intervention or change, intended or not. Not reporting is an error; and quite possibly a crime.

Corrupted?

The response may be “Yes” for “Yes, it is corrupted.” The entry will be “Left Blank” for “Not Suspected.” The most common departure from normal radiation reporting is reporting less than 168 times a week.

New Category – MIA 1YrHigh
“MIA 1YrHigh” is a new category under the column labeled Type of Rad. It means “Missing in Action – 1 Year High.”

Check out these sources!  Keep Researching!  Hoped they weren't accurate but they are legit. Talked with Bob, who helped me follow the calculations and I came up with the exact numbers.  Thanks for your good work Bob!

Fukushima Nuclear Disaster | Increased Thyroid Cancer in U.S. http://www.integrativecanceranswers.com/fukushima-nuclear-disaster-increased-thyroid-cancer-in-u-s/

Almost one third of children born on the Pacific coast of  the United States are now at high risk for thyroid cancer (and a host of other cancers that will be revealed over time.) The inevitable has happened. Radioactive Cesium isotopes from the leaking nucelar reactors in Fukushima, Japan have reached our Pacific shores and are contaminating our ocean, our, soil, our air, our food supply and our born and unborn children. This is only the shadow of things to come over the decades ahead.

#‎Fukushima‬ ‪#‎number‬ ‪#‎fudge‬ :"Scientists from UC Berkeley detailed even more concerning reports following the disaster, finding the highest cesium content in topsoil for each California location was consistent. The recordings were posted online along with the date of finding:
