BRIANZA , a See also:

district of See also:Lombardy, See also:Italy, forming the See also:south See also:part of the See also:province of See also:Como, between the two See also:southern arms of the See also:lake of that name. It is thickly populated and remark-able for its fertility; and being hilly is a favourite summer resort of the Milanese.
