HALL , or See also:

BAD-HALL, a See also:market-See also:place and See also:spa of See also:Austria, in Upper Austria, 25 M. S. of See also:Linz by See also:rail. Pop. (1900) 984. It is renowned for its saline springs, strongly impregnated with See also:iodine and See also:bromine, which are considered very efficacious in scrofulous affections and venereal skin diseases. Although the springs are known since the 8th See also:century, Hall attained its actual importance only since 1855, when the springs became the See also:property of the See also:government. The number of visitors in Igor was 4300.
