Generally in the See also:form " nepenthe " the name is given to any drug having a like See also:property, and also occasionally to the See also:herb or plant from which such a drug is produced. It is also applied to a See also:special genus of See also:plants, chiefly See also:East See also:Indian, known as the " See also:pitcher-plants," on See also:account of the formation of the leaves.
