municipality of See also:Cumberland See also:county, New See also:South See also:Wales, See also:Australia, 31 m. S.W. of See also:Sydney. It consists chiefly of the residences of the wealthier citizens of Sydney and is connected with the See also:city by See also:rail and tram. As a municipality it See also:dates from 1862. Pop (1901) 22,598.
