NUSRETABAD , the See also:

capital of See also:Persian See also:Seistan, so called after Nusret el Mulk, a former See also:deputy See also:governor of Seistan; when built, c. 1870, it was first called See also:Nasirabad in See also:honour of Nasr-uddin Shah; other names, used locally, are Shahr (See also:town) i Seistan, Shahr i Nassiriyeh, or simply Shahr, the town. It is the See also:residence of See also:British and See also:Russian consuls, and has See also:post and See also:telegraph offices.
