VRATZA , the See also:

capital of the See also:department of Vratza, See also:Bulgaria, on the See also:northern slope of the Stara Planina and on a small subtributary of the See also:Danube. Pop. (x906) 14,832. Vratza is an archiepiscopal see and the headquarters of a military See also:division.
