health resort of See also:Russian See also:Caucasia, in the See also:province of See also:Terek, lying at an See also:altitude of 1885 ft. on the S. slope of the Zhelesnaya Gora (2805 ft.), 1r m. by See also:rail N.N.W. from See also:Pyatigorsk. It possesses chalybeate springs of temperature 561—960 Fahr.; the buildings over the springs were erected in 1893. The See also:season lasts from See also:early in See also:June to the See also:middle of See also:September.
