The successful measure of See also:lighting large fires, and purifying the See also:air with perfumes, to put a stop to the See also:plague in See also:Athens (430 B.C.), is said to have originated with him; but this has been questioned on See also:chronological /N 'N) grounds. Suidas gives the titles of several medical See also:works written by him in the Doric See also:dialect.
