APARRI , a See also:

town of the See also:province of Cagayan, Luzon, See also:Philip-See also:pine Islands, on the Grande de Cagayan See also:river near; its mouth, about 55 M. N. of Tuguegarao, the See also:capital. Pop. (1903) 18,252. The valley is one of the largest See also:tobacco-producing sections in the Philippines; and the town has a considerable coastwise See also:trade. Here, too, is a meteorological station.
