BUNDABERG , a municipal See also:

town and See also:river See also:port of See also:Cook See also:county, See also:Queensland, See also:Australia, ro m. from the mouth of the river See also:Burnett, and 217 M. by See also:rail N. by W. of See also:Brisbane. Pop. (1901) 5200. It lies on both sides of the river, and connexion between the two ports is maintained by road and railway See also:bridges. There .are saw-See also:mills, breweries, brickfields and distilleries in the town, and numerous See also:sugar factories in the vicinity, notably at Millaquin, on the river below the town. There are wharves on both sides of the river, and the See also:staple exports are sugar, See also:golden-See also:syrup and See also:timber. The See also:climate is remarkably healthy.
