FIERI FACIAS , usually abbreviated fi. fa. (See also:

Lat. " that you cause to be made "), in See also:English See also:law, a See also:writ of See also:execution after See also:judgment obtained in See also:action of See also:debt or See also:damages. It is addressed to the See also:sheriff, and commands him to make See also:good the amount out of the goods of the See also:person against whom judgment has been obtained.
