It is an old-fashioned border-plant flowering from See also:July to See also:September, with an erect, sparingly-branched See also:stem and small See also:bright-yellow clustered heads of See also:flowers. It grows well in See also:common See also:soil and is readily propagated by See also:division in the See also:spring or autumn.
