ISHIM , a See also:

town of See also:West See also:Siberia, in the See also:government of See also:Tobolsk, 180 in. N.W. of See also:Omsk, on a See also:river of the same name, tributary, on the See also:left, of the Irtysh. Pop. (1897) 7161. The town, which was founded in 163o, has See also:tallow melting and carries on a large See also:trade in See also:rye and rye See also:flour. The See also:fair is one of the most important in Siberia, its returns being estimated at £500,000 annually.
