OSTUNI , a picturesque walled See also:

city of See also:Apulia, See also:Italy, in the See also:province of See also:Lecce, 23 M. by See also:rail N.W. of See also:Brindisi. Pop. (1901) 7734 (See also:town); 22,811 (See also:commune). It has a See also:cathedral of the 15th See also:century with a See also:fine Romanesque See also:facade, and a municipal library with a collection of antiquities. The see has been amalgamated with that of Brindisi.
