Greek corruption of Ra-messu-pa-neter, the popular name of See also:Rameses III., See also:king of See also:Egypt of the XXth See also:Dynasty. He is well known in connexion with the See also:story of his treasure See also:house told by See also:Herodotus (ii. 121), which greatly resembles that of See also:Agamedes and Trophonius.
