capital of the See also:province, is situated 145 M. E. of See also:Teheran, on the high road thence to See also:Meshed, at an See also:altitude of ,3740 ft. in 35° 34' N., 53° 22' E. It has a See also:population of about 1o,000, See also:post and See also:telegraph offices, and a See also:fine See also:minaret, built in the 12th See also:century. It exports pistachios, almonds and coarse See also:tobacco. A See also:dialect with many old See also:Persian forms and resembling the See also:Mazandaran dialect is spoken. A.
